"3 stars - 5 stars for Blake though!!! We ordered a chicken pepperoni Mozzarella melt. The first time we got it. It was missing half of the ingredients included in the description and was very obviously made without a care in the world. SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. We presented the sandwich to Blake and showed him the lack of contents and Blake personally and immediately remade the sandwich the PANERA WAY with love and care. Best sandwich I’ve ever had from Panera and totally redeemed my experience. BLAKE NEEDS A RAISE and the workers making the food without any care or attention need to be retrained."
