"11/22/23 UPDATE: The app doesnt work at all anymore. Every entry comes across as unavailable or error. So I used the website to order. That went smoothly. However, an hour after our order was to arrive it finally shows up I live less than 1 mile away) and half the order is missing. The one pizza that arrived was ice cold and the cheese sticks were covered in bacon that nobody will eat. Driver said she would have the second pizza made and delivered. 25 mins after she arrived and we are still waiting. Food and service is severely lacking these days. 2 yrs ago: Fast and accurate delivery! Exactly 20 minutes from order to first bite! Driver was very friendly and left our pizzas exactly where I asked, and waited until he saw me coming to the door to pick them up before leaving. Our order was simple but they got it right and didn't forget the extra dip that we requested. Well worth the tip!"

"Online ordering was fast and easy! When I got there the guy at the counter was nice and friendly. When I got the food.. the pasta was really dry and it wasn’t what I hoped for. It doesn’t really got that “ flavor” I was looking for. I also ordered the BBQ pizza with pork, bacon, and onion.. let me tell you that pizza was FIRE! the best I’ve ever had 10/10 with that pizza."

"Horrible experience yet again. Called order in and was sent to a call center where we were told delivery would be 30 mins. Ordered cheesless pizza like we always do and plain breadsticks. After an hour of waiting drove to location to ask about our order since we couldn't get thru to the store. Once again call center took our call. Got to store and was informed our order was already dispatched and couldn't give me a clue as to when. Waited in parking lot for awhile and watched a couple delivery drivers come and go so went ahead and went home. Another 45 mins past and finally got our delivery. It was a delivery driver I watched leave the store. Food was ice cold, wings were not hot. Pizza was wrong and breadstick was incorrect. Only reason we ordered was Marcos told us they had a 2 hour wait. This store needs to fix their issues as this isn't the first time and have lost our business. Don't use a call center as this leaves consumers in the dark. If you are slammed stop accepting delivery and only do carryout. Consumer interaction is poor, no apology, no let me call and see where driver is, (wait the pizza was still in the store)."

"Do not order from here! Or any other Pizza Hut. An order of 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of wings (1 traditional,1boneless) and a cookie, over $71!!!! 19.97 before tax for 12 traditional wings?!?!?! $1.66 a wing. Oh and everything was cold on arrival. Search other pizza places. DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money here."

"I will NEVER order pizza from this location again. They literally just through some pizza together and delivered it to me. I ordered regular hand tossed cheese pizza and buffalo chicken. I received my order with the sauce from the buffalo chicken literally poured on the pizza and the cheese pizza had sauce caked up on the crust it wasn’t even spread out. I called and they said “Well that’s how we make our pizza” since freakin when?? Yea poor customer service to go right along with this poor put together pizza smh"
