Papa Johns Pizza

"Waited over an hour and called to check order status and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Our Food arrived before anyone answered the phone. Food was great but the service was non existent"

"There were only two people running the store, 1 cook and 1 driver, on a Saturday night nonetheless. I was sitting in the building waiting for my food, and I saw them not stop moving once in the hour and 20 minutes I was there. They were working nonstop to get every order done perfectly. They were both so sweet and apologetic, and were determined to serve everyone! I applaud them for their hardwork and kind nature!!!"

"Food was fresh. Wait time was a little long . But it was only two people there working their tails off. Get them some help!"

"Ordered a large meat lovers. For 16 dollars and change. Should have opened box in store. As you can see from photo, there was barely anything but cheese on the pizza. And very little cheese too. You'd think a meat lovers would have some meat. If you put all the meat on the pizza on one slice, that slice wouldn't have enough. Only positive thing about the experience was the lady who rung me up at counter, she was very friendly. The pizza was literally wothless."

"Placed an order through Papa John’s call center and when I got to the store to pick up my order one of my pizzas was wrong. The general manager, Larry Davis, was super apologetic! He took that pizza off of my total and fixed my order immediately. He still gave me that pizza and the corrected one. I got 4 pizzas for a very good price."
