"If ever there was a place that came back from a bad first impression, AR Auto did. I've been trying to find someone local to work on my Jaguar that was leaking coolant, and after calling several shops, this place had no problem. We showed up right before 8am and no one was there. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were about to leave. I tried calling and no answer. I walked back up to the front door and they were unlocking the doors. This was the bad first impression, but everything was uphill from here. They had my car diagnosed by 11am with a fair quote. By 1pm I was picking my car up with no more leak. I will definitely be back."

"These guys saved me. I was visiting Tuscaloosa for the weekend and my spark plugs started to go bad. My truck was in no condition to drive back 200 miles home, but it was a weekend, and nobody was open to see it. I called around, and nobody answered but AR. They weren't open, but for some reason I called anyways. The owner picked up, and instead of telling me he was closed, he asked me about my car.
