Little Caesars Pizza

"The food was great, but I wish they wouldn't have added all of the extra stuff to the hot and ready menu. I went through the drive through for a hot and ready pizza and had to wait a while because the people ahead of me had a ridiculously long hot and ready order with wings, bread, pizza, and desert. I would gave just parked and went inside, but another car was behind me. The value of the hot and ready pizza is how fast you can get it. People with long orders should call ahead instead of ordering at the drive through."

"These people are lazy thieves. I ordered a pepperoni, extra cheese, extra pepperoni, extra most bestest stuffed crust over the phone. (Indian man in another country took my order.) Waited for 10 MORE minutes than the expected wait time. Paid for the pizza and when the girl brought the pizza to the counter, she asked me if it was supposed to be extra pepperoni. Apparently, they didn't read the order. When I asked her to refund the extra that I paid, she said no and that I'd have to wait for another pizza. Keep in mind, I've already waited for 30 minutes. Is this really what I have to look forward to when eating out in Oneonta?"

"All I ordered was a sausage pizza and cheesy bread. They were both disgusting and dry. A gallon of sauce on the pizza. Almost no cheese on the bread or the pizza. And barely any sausage for a SAUSAGE PIZZA. Then tried to call them and they kept on giving me the run around. Put me on hold 3 TIMES and they sent me to a new person each time. All that mess for almost $20. Never again will I go there and if I could do a lower rating I would put it in the negative 5 stars every time."

"Well they told me it would be 20 min and that was fine for fresh hot pizza so I paid and she told me to pull up front and she would bring them well after40 min I went in well they act like I was just trying to get free pizza it's still the same never hot and ready always has wait 20mins"

"Walked in just after they opened. Workers were busy but they all saw me standing there. No one ever came to serve us. After standing there for 20 minutes, we just left and went somewhere else. I totally understand being busy so I was being patient but that was ridiculous."
