"Prime example of entitlement. I go here from time to time and you’ll think there would be a warm embrace. I recently took items here and when I picked them up I immediately noticed they didn’t buy some of the exclusive items I never wore or wore once. They redid their job and bought most the items. I took the rest to Plato’s in Birmingham, where they actually bought the rest. I just wish people and their stubbornness didn’t draw the line between ethics and morality. The people here and their privileged attitudes can’t be real. Bad business."

"I love this store. Always a good selection. They need more men’s clothes but they’re a thrift store sort of so it all depends on what they are getting in. They regularly have sales and the items are in style fashion at a reasonable and affordable price. 10/10 would recommend. And the music is always good too."

"I’ve normally loved purchasing from this store, but I had an awful experience selling clothes to them. When I asked to see which items they were accepting, employee Majh refused to show me, and told me it was 5 items. I was hoping to see on the receipt, but I was never asked if I wanted a receipt or if I could add my rewards phone number for points. When I asked for a receipt, she refused to print it out for me. I will purchase and sell my items elsewhere from now on, as the customer service is much better at other consignment shops in the area."

"I love shopping second hand for most of my clothes and love Plato’s. This store has a ton of items and fair prices but the last few times I’ve been half the items I try in have huge holes or ripped seams. When I tell the girls up front the half ignore and just say put it on the rack and they go back on the floor to be sold. I know because they are still there for sell the next time I visit. Wish they would inspect the items better before putting it out for someone to buy."
