"The only reason I give it 5 stars is my tax professional Glenn Crane. I have been going to him for 21 yrs. Never had any problems with any of my taxes. However H and R block does charge alot. For my federal and state with 1 child cost me $350. Don't get me wrong Glenn is worth paying for and he is the only reason I go."

In September they called again wanting me to repeat/resend all the tax info I had already sent and they would "call me back once they're done". Never heard back. It's now Jan 2022."
