"Sherri Ann Wynter was terrible. I was rushed off the phone when I talked to her. She did not put what I told her needed to be put down for insurance. She kept saying the things I stated were not needed. I trusted and should not have. My return was rejected because she did not put down what I told her about Marketplace Insurance. The manager was rude to when I told her I could not submit online. Terrible experience. I have been with H&R block for years and everyone has been great. This was the worst experience I had. Customer service was awful and rushed."
