"First time filing with them this year very cool people but as far as my tax return it’s questionable I called in today and got told it was no date for my state or tax refund but when I checked wheres my refund i had a date never heard of anything like this before how would i be seeing a date and my funds was sent to a bank mines supposedly but haven’t received a dollar and told it is no date just to call again in a few days. still haven’t received anything as of now will keep u all updated if this problem gets fixed"

"This is the last time I will be getting my taxes filed here. I waited last minute, so it's only my fault. I had an appointment to file my taxes, but the person who was suppose to file them couldn't do it last minute. Despite the tax place knowing this, no one called or gave me a heads up to reschedule. Instead they had me come in only to tell me face to face; Then the owner made copies of my info, and said one of the other staff would file it the next day, and that I would come in to sign. The person who filed my taxes missed multiple things and didn't care, even though ALL OF THE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED FOR THEM. To give you an idea of how bad my return is, I received 2.5 times the amount last year and 3 times the amount, the year before last. How is that possible, when I've been in the same tax bracket for the last 5 year????NEVER AGAIN !!!!!"
