"I made a purchase order for lumber from the store on Sunday, and the order was pulled for pickup on Tuesday morning. When my contractor arrived to pick up the order the MANAGER had the staff to put my order back on the selves. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE FOR MY CONTRACTOR AND ME BECAUSE WHEN ARE ON A CLOSE TIME SCHEDULE. I have never had this problem before so I was very disappointed on this morning. IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS TO PULL MY ORDER AGAIN. THAT WAS A WASTE OF HIS TIME AND MINE WAITING FOR THE ORDER. I TRULY HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! THE MANAGER WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE OF ME AS A CUSTOMER!!!!"
