"Went through and ordered and I was misunderstood so I didn't get everything I ordered so I went back through and I paid for what they left out separately. Got down the road and check the boxes at a red light and realize that they didn't put the fries in with the meals so I had to call back up there The meet and greet at the window was decent. I gave them that if they would just pay attention and get the orders correct."
"The staff was HORRIBLY RUDE and DON’T CARE and just leaning on the counter. The food was cold and disgusting the restaurant was filthy and so was the bathrooms. One of the employees had her 3 kids there also. Going to Popeyes was on my bucket list of things to do and I will NEVER go to another one again. DO BETTER POPEYES DO BETTER! You need new employees who care!!!"
"Popeyes is always out of the spicy chicken and other stuff, too. They no longer have chicken livers, dirty rice, or Jambalaya. They're never that nice. I'm not sure why I go back."
"I just left this store. I ordered a 24 piece nugget and when I opened the box, there were cut up pieces of chicken strips mixed in with the old, cold nuggets. It went straight into the trash. I am beyond mad. I do not like their chicken strips. THEY DO NOT TASTE THE SAME AS THE NUGGETS. IT WAS DISGUSTING!"
