"I do not recommend this store because they are never on time. If it says on the website 10:00 am they should open at that time not 10:30. If a store manager says he is going to meet you somewhere to give you the shoes for your tux, that was suppose to be on there the first time, should meet you there like he said he was. If he cannot make it, he should notify the person he is meeting saying he cannot make it. Because of them, my groomsman photos are going to be tacky."

"Rented tuxes for a wedding. Was told we would be contacted when they arrived, usually Tuesday the week of the event. we never received a call. The groom called on Thursday around 4pm before the Saturday wedding and was told they had not came in yet. The groom received a call at 10 the same night and was told they were in. Once we did finally get the tuxes in, almost every person in the party had at least 1 item sized wrong, we were missing 4 pair of suspenders, and the pants were the wrong style. They did work to get us the suspenders (1 pair they brought were broken) however we had to borrow a vest, a shirt, and wear blue jeans instead of the dress pants we paid for. The manager (Buerl) claims it was our fault for not coming in earlier and trying them on, even though we were told at 4pm Thursday that they were still not in, and stated that its not their responsibility to call when they come in,, it is done as a courtesy and most places do not even call at all. He took zero responsibility for any problems we had and laughed at the complaint we made. Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE FISHERS for your important day."

"I bought a tux from this place. I called them to see if they had my tux and they said they had it. When I went to go get it they said they didn’t have it. Then after I had already left they called me and said they had it. Then when I tried it on it didn’t fit correctly! Very displeased!"
