"The agent kept me there for hours because she took other calls and handled other clients while working with me. In the end I was exhausted and ready to leave but I should have been more careful. Weeks after the IRS deposited a refund I didn’t receive , I see she made a mistake on my account number. I called and they denied it despite the fact that my copy of the paperwork shows otherwise. Now I will have difficulties because I depended on that refund. I won’t go back to this location. I called a different location and they were helpful explaining what will happen next. Maybe things will work out somehow. I just expected more after paying 400.00 for a simple refund."
