"I love Earthbound, but the staff wasn't incredibly helpful and one staff member made a point to tell my 8 year old she couldn't have a closed container of ice cream while we were there. Also, she followed us around like we were doing something wrong even after having over 200 dollars worth of merchandise we ended up purchasing."

"They had everything I was looking for. I didn't see any sage, but I also didn't ask. They had specials on certain items that went together (crystals and their bags, incense and their bags). The team was very eager and willing to help but also not overbearing and pushy. I've casually browsed before, but I will now be making this my staple store for my current journey."

"Staff is awesome! Products are hit or miss as for quality and often overpriced. Some gems may not be authentic and a lot of the clothing that I have purchased (which is a large amount) have proven to be cheaply made. Wear and toss. Once you wash most items they begin to lose shape and fall apart. Have seen many of the items offered on websites for a much lower price. Still one of my favorite shops to browse through."
