"Do not rent a storage unit from these people. They like to take people's money and then lock up their unit after they have collected the money. They will not provide a paper receipt for your unit either. The people are rude. They point the blame on new hires rather than taking responsibility for lack of training."

"Bad business!!! This place also rents storage units. DO NOT rent from them!!! My mother rented a storage unit and three days later they put a lock on it. The owner claims the new girl didn't finalize the payment and that is why it showed up to put a lock on it. What a joke! If that were the case then how did they even know the place was rented?!?! While I have since spoken to the owner of this place and the lock was removed, it still should not have happened in the first place. If you need a storage unit, I suggest going somewhere else that is a lot nicer and you don't have to worry about being locked out for no reason."
