Papa Johns Pizza

"Haven't tasted the food yet, so haven't rated it. I placed an online order at approx 7:40 pm. Was advised on line that my order would be ready between 8:57 and 9:07. Arrived at 9:00 pm . They hadn't even started my order. The front door area was dirty. The young man came to the front and told me something about 2. After about 10 minutes waiting and other customers receiving their food, I asked for clarification about what 2 was. The young man told me they had just started my order. Meaning I waited for over 2 hours for my food. The store manager in charge told me it was Friday and there was nothing she could do... they called the general manager Beth, who advised me that I could not to come back to the store and called me rude because my voice was elevated when. Yea im fruatrated , ive waited OVER 2 hours for my food that i prepaid for and was told its friday. Saying her staff is kids. So why did you as the manager leave kids in charge of your store??? If I could give customer service a negative number I would."

"Placed an order through the app at 5:30pm, said 50-60 minute wait time which is perfectly fine. At 7 (1.5 hours later) my order is marked delivered (via papa John's app). Still has not been delivered 30 minutes later at 7:30. Store team had no resolution or answers besides to refund the money."

"We called in a pizza order on a busy Saturday evening at 440 PM. Young man who took the order was very professional and even found us a discount. Pizza was hot and ready when we showed up 15 minutes later to get it. Well done, Papa Johns."

"Ordered a pizza at 6:58pm. Didn't get it until 8:02. I specified no contact and they just left it on the ground with nothing underneath it. They didn't even wait until I answered the door. None of the food I ordered was hot and the pizza looked like it was carried vertically and most of the toppings looked like they were just dumped in the middle of the pizza.. ALSO, I am unable to leave this comment on their website due to it not recognizing my order number. When I called the store to inform them about the food being left on the ground, the lady I spoke with was very impatient and kept trying to talk over me. I use to love Papa John's, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do order from them again, it won't be from this location."
