"Won't help you with an ITIN (W-7 form) unless they complete and do your taxes for you (and charge you for it). They could've easily mentioned this over the phone instead of having you drive all the way there to find out and waste your time and money. They should also own up to mistake and treat you with respect and courtesy instead of making it your fault for bothering to come here. H&R Block fails to mention these simple details online or anywhere. Will not bother with H&R Block again."
