"Extremely poor service and lack of communication on all ends. Called to schedule a appointment for noon and front desk agent advise she could help me. I was extremely transparent upfront and let her know I was doing business and personal tax for 2021 , and business tax for 2020. All numbers broken out and calculate just needed someone to help me file. Even after driving my gas 30 mins and arriving 20 mins early agent went back and the tax representative advised “they can not help today because they are backed up with clients”. Would of been courteous to not even schedule me in the first place. I always use H and R block for my tax services but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION"
