Burger King

"Dining room was closed while the workers were sitting down eating their food at the tables. Went through the drive thru and got a rude worker that was clearly annoyed by our existence. They were out of small burger patties so could only make a whopper. Horrible service and took 15 minutes in the drive thru. Workers throwing up their hands and walking away. Needs some major help."

"Pulled in to the drive through about 5 after 10. Actually thought y'all were open to 11 PM. Set in the drive through for 10 minutes. 2 employees in the restaurant, not one of them bothered to tell me that the restaurant was closed. Or the drive through was closed. They were too busy watching the kids in the Rick's parking lot spin their tires out instead of waiting on me and letting me know that y'all were closed. This is the second time this month that this is happened. I will not be coming back to the Burger King in Killen."

"It took 2 minutes before the guy in drive thru acknowledged I was there. He then asked me to wait. I did for at least 5 minutes then drove off. When I passed the drive thru window, there was 1 car at the window waiting on food. I worked at BK during high school and college. This service is far below what our standards were. We strived to have the car's order taken, money taken, and food handed out in under 3 minutes from when the wheels stopped at the order station."

"If there was a possible way to leave ZERO stars for service, I would. The employee named Dylan that took our order was ridiculously rude. We were a complete nuisance to him by just walking through the do for him to take our order. Proceeded to beat on the register screen to put our order in, all while huffing and puffing. Terrible attitude!! Two other customers have come in and was ignored for minutes before anyone acknowledged their presence. Even though the employees were standing directly behind the counter. The only thing good about this trip was the fact that the fries were actually hot and fresh."

"They continue to get your order wrong and act like it's your fault..... Resorts back to management. It's poor... Especially Carlton. He's a threat to the franchisee. Maybe next time I'll just bite into it and sue the piss out of you. I shouldn't have to check my food every single time I go in there when the receipt clearly states what I ordered."
