"UNTRUSTWORTHY!! DO NOT TRUST D&D with your vehicle. D&D charged me $100.00 to tow my car to his shop and said he would get to it soon. I didn’t hear back for an extended period of time and, when I would call, it would go to voicemail 99% of the time. D&D would not return calls. If I did, on rare occasion, happen to get him on the phone, he would say that he was busy. This went on for well over a year. He was completely stringing me along. Last time I got him on the phone I told him to just bring the car back. He said that it would cost $100.00 for him to tow it back. I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay to get it back and he became very defensive and told me “if you want your car back you will pay $100.00.” When I got the car back I couldn’t believe the condition it was in. It must have been parked under a tree for the year and a half that he had it. It was caked in tree sap, mold had grown on the steering wheel and much of the interior, the headlights didn’t work, the windshield wipers didn’t work, the tires were dry rotted, and molding had fallen off. It’s costing extra money to replace the molding that was damaged. The problem with the windshield wipers I was able to fix by taking the wiper motor out and cleaning all of the gunk that had built up around the wiring so they would make contact. Same with the headlights. It’s UNBELIEVABLE that I paid $200.00 to have a mechanic NOT look at my car, and then bring it back in much, much worse condition than when he got it. Do not trust D&D with your vehicle."

"BEWARE!!! Not trustworthy! We paid to have our car towed to this mechanic because he said he could repair our car in 2 weeks. Three months later and he still hasn't even looked at it! Every week he claimed he would get to it the following week, but he was just stringing us along. After 3 months of lies, we ended up having to pay to have our car towed from his shop to a different shop, so the money we paid originally to tow our car to D&d was just a complete waste of money. Do not take your car to D&d if you ever want to get a working car back."
