Domino's Pizza

"I called and waited a long time for someone to answer but I never got one so I ordered online and went up to the store to go through the drive thru window where I was told it would be a 40 minute wait because they had a irate customer to come up there so they were behind. I then decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. I noticed that there was 4 cop cars in the parking lot so I wasn’t about to hang around and find out what had happened or was about to. I believe under different management the service might be better."

"I go out of my way to this location. There is a closer location to me but I chose this one. My food is always made correctly and is always hot when I pick it up. Update on 1/22/24. I ordered online on 1/21/24 for a future pick up. They were 20min late on my order. Not understanding why or how this happened. They weren’t busy and offered no compensation for them being late. Q was the one that made the food. Not sure if he was the only one at work and just didn’t care. Update 2/23/24 Ordered $60 worth of food. Get there and food still isn’t ready. My cheese pizza tasted like the dough had been sitting out for hours. My stuffed cheesy bread wasn’t stuffed. None of my food was cut. I don’t understand, it’s not hard to make pizza. I did it in my early 20s for papa johns."

"I’ll just make a review since I can never get this Domino’s store to answer the phone. When I make my online order I have my fingers crossed hoping it doesn’t say “Q began preparing your order” when I make it thru the checkout process. I’m starting to think this “Q” guy has something against me. I mainly order a large hand tossed cheese pizza with extra cheese. This should be the simplest type of pizza for them to make but evidently not. When I receive my pizza it never has extra cheese. Sometimes it looks like it has less cheese on it than normal. The pizza has big dough bubbles on it. This time I order a pizza with extra cheese, beef, jalapeños, mushrooms, and black olives. He didn’t bother putting the beef on it and he didn’t add extra cheese. I finally get ahold of the store and come to find out this “Q” guy is the manager. He is so unprofessional and has an excuse for everything. This is the last time they disappoint me. From now on whenever I see the name “Q” has began to make my food I’ll just cancel the order."

"Ordered online, it came but it was slid all over it self, called and sat on hold over 15mins before I gave up.. cust is soggy where it it sat on it self, really bad example of.. Any one ever answer a phone, or do you already know, so you avoid?"

"I usually don't post anything negative but after consistent issues I have to say something. I haven't had one single order correct from this store. Either it's an hour late, made wrong, is a completely different order, or just never comes. That was the case today. Placed an online order at 3:05. At 4:15 we went to the store because they wouldn't answer the phone and we couldn't see any status of the order online. 25 minutes later we found out we would have to wait another hour, for one pepperoni pizza. That was the last straw you guys. Never again."
