"Was visiting from Illinois for son's university orientation and was looking for stores with plus sizes that I don't have near me back home. Didn't even know Rainbow Shops existed until I found it here. They have beautiful, unique items. Staff was super friendly! Love the items I purchased and can't wait to go back and I will every time I will visit my son in college!"
"Bad selection of clothes... staff not friendly.. did not greet us, threw bag on the counter n did not thank us or acknowledge our presence. I definitely will not return to this store"
"Customer service is definitely not a high priority here and Marqutha (however it's spelled) the manager is definitely not a people person and needs a bit more training for that position. She must be having a bad day on this beautiful Saturday... Ole well, customer service is just not what it use to be....."
"Found several really cute and cheap outfits for one of my granddaughters. Not the same quality as Macy’s or Belk but definitely a good buy for clothing that kids outgrow soooo fast. Personnel was polite and helpful. Will definitely shop there again."
"My friend went into this store and she bought a shirt with a golden zipper. She realized 2 days later that the zipper has broken. The person who was ringing up her items was treating it roughly. 2 days later, she opened the bag and noticed this problem. She had a reciept, if I may add. So she called Rainbow, and politely explained the situation to them, and she still had a reciept. Rainbow told her that she could not return the item without no tag, they said "On the tag, there is a 7 day return policy". So my question is, why does a simple tag keep a customer from returning a item that is not in good use even though they have a reciept."
