"I stopped by the loft store in Tuscaloosa and I was Very impressed! I haven’t felt that respected in a long time since I’ve been visiting recently, but today I worked with daysha and she was very respectful! Daysha was very funny, and she gave me her honest opinion on all of my items . I’m very indecisive , and she did not rush me at all she took her time with me and made me feel respected ! she is an amazing worker; I definitely will be back ! "If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walked in today with a return. There were 4 or 5 people standing behind the counter and not one spoke to me. They were more concerned with where they were going to eat that night. The young girl who processed my return was friendly enough. No one asked if they could help me find something to replace what I was returning. None of the 5 behind the counter said goodbye or smiled. It's no wonder I was the only customer in the store. I always find great deals here, but I'm tired of dealing with people who don't appreciate my business or bother to help. I've spent over an hour in the store on multiple occasions and no one ever spoke to me until I walked up to the counter to check out. This has been a common occurrence. I will not be shopping here anymore."
