Reviews of Wendy's
"The most laziest bunch of ppl I’ve ever met. Every single time I go they are out of Dr Pepper because they are to lazy to refill It so they tell me they are out or the machine Is down. They have an attitude everytime you try to order. The line Is always around the building. The ppl here have the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. But yall want more money an hour? Y’all don’t deserve $1 a hour. Can’t even fix fast food or treat people like humans."
"They were extremely busy, we waited nearly 10 mins in the drive thru and they forgot our fries. Went inside and it seems a few other guests also were missing fries. The associate was polite, didn't ask questions, just gave large fries to everyone. They were fresh, hot, and the salad I ordered was of great quality. Love the pomegranate vinaigrette on the Cobb salad. Will be back."
"Filthiest Wendy's that we've ever visited. Bathrooms were a wreck with garbage overflowing and no toweling. Dining area was very dirty. Food counters, condiment counters, etc, were all filthy. Wow."
"I like Wendy's. It's my favorite fast food burger place, but this location continually lets me down. There's nothing wrong with the food, my order is always correct, but it just takes FOREVER to make it through the drive thru line. I get off work late so it's not like rush hour or anything, either. Tonight for example: I got in line with three cars ahead of me at the voice box. Waited for 5 minutes, no movement. Drove across the street to Zaxby's, ordered, got my food, and then drove BACK BY the Wendy's - same cars still in line at the box. This is the third time something like this has happened (what prompted the review). I don't expect perfection from a minimum wage fast food worker or anything. I just don't want to wait 20+ minutes for fast food at 10:30pm after a 12hr work day. Fine place to eat at during the day. Don't waste your time after 8pm, go somewhere else."
"My friend and I stopped for lunch after shopping at Walmart. She ordered the 4 for $4. A jr. cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered the $5 biggie bag. A double stack jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. I just realized that I got ripped off. I should have had a crispy chicken sandwich as well. They were promoting these little coupon books for $1. It entitled you to five free jr frostys. So I bought it. We sat down to eat our food and our burgers were cold. At first, I thought mine didn't have a burger on it. I couldn't see it. It was on the bottom bun covered by the piece of cheese. I still insisted on fresh burgers for both of us. Within a minute, they produced two hot jr double stack bacon cheeseburgers. Why couldn't they do that to begin with? The fries and nuggets were warm. They were good. When we finished eating, I went back up to redeem our coupons for a couple of frostys. I noticed that my booklet only had three coupons in it. I told the cashier and he checked it out and threw that one away. Then he pulled another one from his cash drawer and placed it in front of the register. He finished giving another customer their food and proceeded to get my frostys. I thought he was giving two to the customer in front of me, but to my utter surprise, he shoved five jr frostys in front of me. I didn't know if he could put them back, so I took them and shared them with another couple sitting nearby. I ate two of them. I certainly couldn't take them home in this heat. What a day! The design of the dining room was weird. You could only go in and out one way. The only trash can was toward the middle and back of the dining room, so you had to walk back there and then around the dividing wall to head back out."
