"A very poor experience. 1) She gave me an estimate of $400 to do my federal and state taxes and ending up charging me $600- because, "It took longer than I expected." 2) I had legitimate questions about my return that she simply would not answer. She will not respond to anything in writing. 3) She failed to file my taxes! Some ten weeks after the filing date, and only after my attorney contacted her, did she leave me a voice mail stating that, " Something happened, and we will try to file again.""
