"Absolute worst experience with this company! Our taxes were never filed on time and stored away in a "side drawer" somehow. After then trying to backdate the date of submission, late fees were then associated with our taxes. Azmina told me she would take care of it and get this settle. After many weeks, Azmina then told us that she was approved to have the taxes paid and sent us a check for the taxes ALONG WITH A 1099 to then be TAXED ON OUR LATE FEES when this was entirely her fault. Azmina claims the check is "income" when this is 100% fault on her side for not filling our taxes on time. I'd advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and find somewhere/someone else to go and get your taxes done. ABSOLUTE JOKE of customer service and as an H&R Block employee to tax others on what is the employee/H&R Block's fault."
