"First of all shame on us for forgetting our masks. It’s our tradition to stop by here before games. Bought 8 masks at $14 a pop. Went back to the car and opened one and realized it was a tie mask and not an over-the-ear one. Went to return the other 7 and get the over-the-ear ones and of course no returns on masks. You can bring back clothing riddled with covid-19 but not unopened masks. They don’t tell you that at checkout or which masks are tie-on and which ones are not. Out $112 on useless masks and they didn’t even apologize. They’re busy enough that our patronage won’t be missed be we will never be back."
