"Phone appointment scheduled. Wasted 40 mins waiting. Called office several times, told by some central dispatch they would be calling me… no call still. Finally received a call. The preparer had no clue about documents uploaded, was only mildly apologetic for missing that it was a phone appointment. Phone call disconnected (seemingly on their end) and didn’t receive a call back. Wasted about an hour of my time with zero benefit. Do not recommend."
