"Second year I did my taxes with these people, and second year I was scolded every time I walked in with issues (with their own work) second year I have waited more than 3 months to get my return, second year I paid over $350 for some incompetent idiot to be rude to me and rush me out of the office without finishing my filing, second year I got a letter from the IRS saying I’m missing simple information (like they didn’t turn in my insurance tax file and I gave it to them) oh, but when I did give them the letter from the IRS with yet ANOTHER copy of my health insurance forms they forgot to fax it for a month until I went back in there and literally had to ask if they sent it and they said “yes” just trying to rush me out, and come to find out they never sent it in and they sent it the very last tax day when I started this a week after you were able to file for taxes. It is May 9th and I still have heard absolutely nothing from the IRS when I check the website to see what the status it is just says “it is still processing” I am go disgusted with the way I was treated every time I come here and it is so expensive, and everyone is rude and no one wants to do their f*****g jobs. It is just the worst experience please do not come here or truthfully and H&R Block for that matter they just charge too much in general and hiring a bunch of idiots who work seasonal and still don’t even wanna do that!"
