Joan is so caring and friendly. I absolutely love Joan. I will never go anywhere else I will stay with Joan. Margaret at the front desk is such a lovely lady. While waiting She always makes sure you are comfortable, you have coffee or water offered to you. She always makes sure if you have any questions she tries her best to answer them and if she doesn't know she will find out. Milford H&R Block is an amazing place. I highly recommend them"
