"Stopped at st joes cafe this morning for a quick omelet breakfast. Ordered quick got my milk and waited. Someone else came asked if I was taken care of I confirmed. Waited. Over half an hour still no food. Waiter came back asked what I order to see if it was ready. Shortly came back with someone else asking what I wanted to eat. By then I was done and said “nothing” got up and left. That upset me so much how you gonna forget a guy decked out in all FedEx. So I couldn’t wait any longer. I had lots of packages and a long drive so I had to get up and leave at that point."

"St. Joe Cafe is the best, such a great place to eat and visit! You seat yourself, the atmosphere is homey and inviting. You will notice most breakfast items on the menu which include a pancake (singular) - this is done for a reason - they are the same size as the plate! Delicious does not begin to describe it. They do not skimp on portions - most breakfast choices include 4 pieces of bacon. Everything is fabulous :). We love to eat there and also have taken several out-of-town guests who loved it as well! Highly recommend!"

"Our little romantic hideaway. We drive about 30 miles on old dirt roads from Lexington, Alabama to this restaurant. We can eat on the patio with our dog, Buck and just enjoy each other. Great food and a very sweet and interactive Christian family. They feed the needy in the community through donations made by their customers. If you are offended by being called “Darling”, this ain’t your place. But as for my wife and I, we love this restaurant!"
