"Jan just made my day! I stopped in here shortly before closing because I needed to get change in quarters for doing laundry at the hotel just up the hill. I had had a very long day of driving with a pile of kids in the car and was feeling like I was on my last straw. An electrical storm forced me to stop for the night and I was frustrated the hotel didn’t have quarters available for the guest laundry. I ventured back out into the storm and was so grateful to meet Jan. She was so pleasant and helpful and absolutely made my day. Thank you, Jan for awesome customer service!
