Reviews
"It takes too much time for them to serve you, even after they served us, the food was awful. The hashbrown didn't look like hashbrown nor did it taste like it. The bacon was like plastic, inedible. The waitress never once asked if we wanted a refill on our coffees, until the very last when we were just about to leave. I suggest just going to a McDonald's. This is my 2nd and last time going there."
"It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but everytime we come here, we leave disappointed. We waited over an hour for our food. My daughter's order was left off, it took an additional 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito and hashbrowns. She ended up getting it to go. I had to ask for condiments and refills. It wasn't offered at a discount because of my daughter's food. Actually the waitress was too busy talking to the kitchen people to notice I was waiting for my receipt. I just left before I hurt her feelings. This is just one experience that we've had there, they all have been bad. I won't be back in there, too many chances and they have yet to redeem themselves."
"On the rare occasion that you drive by and they happen to be open, I'd still suggest you just keep driving somewhere else. I don't blame the waitresses, because they're just trying to do their jobs, but the management is incompetent, to put it nicely. Multiple times the manager has refused to honor what's in the menu, such as drinks being included with combos or prices listed, instead sending the waitress to tell us it'd be extra for the drinks or whatever. Chef Mic (as in the microwave) deserves a raise! Plates are scorching hot from being in the microwave and the food will burn you if you try to eat as soon as your served. But that seems to be the moto.. basically ignore you once they've sat you, take forever to get your food to you, and then try to rush you out the door. But this is assuming you get the right order to begin with. To top it off, the manager came over today to justify saying the water was the included drink in the combo, not a soda or anything else. When I asked for the menu to take a picture and point it out, she got frustrated and walked away. Definitely won't be back until there's new management that can properly run a restaurant in place!"
"Came in this afternoon with a family of 4 and we all got breakfast, less then a half hour we had all of our food and it was cooked perfectly. Good service & delicious food! Relaxing atmosphere. Try it you'll love it."
"We had the pleasure of dining at Huddle House today for a late breakfast. Today is Memorial Day and the restaurant was VERY busy. There was a large party of 10 who were upset for having to wait a longer amount of time than usual. A smaller party of 3 came in to the restaurant and was seated before the large party and members of the large party became verbally abusive. They started cursing the Huddle House employees and making threats. The HH staff handled the situation well considering the situation was volatile and rapidly declining. The management asked the party to leave and they refused to do so and continued berating the employees until the police came and forced them to leave the premises. The manager (Jean) was very apologetic and personally went to each table to say she was sorry for what happened even though it was beyond her control and not her fault."
