"Hitch wiring on my Jeep was not working (no tail lights) so I checked around for recommendations and the only person recommended was Brannon. Drove out to his shop and he told me that he was booked but said to leave my number and if something opened up he would call me…30 minutes later he called and said he would work me in…Absolutely the best decision that I made on having my hitch repaired…For best results you need to inspect what you expect and I was overwhelmed with Custom RV… So impressed that I plan to use Custom for other RV repairs when in Red Bay. "I contacted Brannon about 4 weeks before we arrived in Red Bay Al. He told me he was booked out through October on replacing schwintec slides with the upgraded Vroom. I asked him to put me on a wait list and if he had a cancellation I would take it. We arrived in red bay and immediately I called Brannon. Unfortunately he had no openings. Then two days later he called and had a cancellation for the following Monday and if my slides were the correct size he would get me in. Thank the lord they were and he did an amazing job of repairing them. Thank you Brannon."
