"bought a 2019 ram 2500. 200 miles after buying, check engine light came on. miss on cylinder 6, with deactivated codes for misses on 1 and 4. cylinder 1 and 4 compression at 170 while 6 is 150. appears 1 and 4 got turned off purposely but they missed turning off code for 6 during the tuning. needs an engine for 14k or rebuild at 8k. also removed entire egr system at a cost of 4k to replace. called and talked to Justin and never heard back."

"Absolute Auto Sales had the pick-up we were looking for with our preferred color combo and interior package. 2012 Dodge 3500 4x4 Laramie Longhorn. I talked to Justin and his wife a few times about the pick-up and they both answered all of my questions. Justin took additional photos and sent them to me as requested. He identified and provided a descriptive short list of items that were missing or may be considered wear items that may need to be replaced. He was very honest and provided an unbiased assessment of the pick-up. I was in California at the time and my husband was in Alaska, so the travel was a big investment to go look at the pick-up. I made a few more calls to Justin and placed a deposit with him. My husband flew in a day before me and gave it his mechanic approval; he called me and confidently said, I would approve. The next day I went to look at it and was so pleased to have made the decision to take a leap of faith and trust the dealers representation of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. We purchased the pick-up in May 2018 and have put 10,000 miles on it with zero issues as July 2018. We have decided that when we are ready for a second pick-up, we will put in an order with Justin to find what we are looking for. Worth noting while looking for a used vehicle, we really wanted to stay away from vehicles that may have originated from a state that had experienced significant flooding. Funny thing, the pick-up came from Texas. We did notice the other vehicles on the lot were all in great shape and appeared to be top picks. If you are looking for a low key, high end purchasing experience, Absolute Auto Sales is the place to go. “ Justin could have told us a story about the history of the pick-up, but instead he just told us the truth”. That is hard to come by and well worth the travel to experience."
