"Our insurance company sent them to the campground we were at to repair a couple of chips to our windshield that we had gotten a few days ago. One chip was completely fixed but the other looks as bad as when they arrived. The tech tried to tell me that this was an old chip that had been previously repaired and was beginning to crack again, which was completely wrong! I documented (photographed) the “repair” for our insurance company. Very disappointing…."
