"Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes only got the big breakfast. Went to go get it fixed and they swore we only ordered the big breakfast and wouldn’t help accommodate bc it was 2 minutes past 10:30 manager was so loud I could hear her yell at my husband from across the building. Won’t be back. Just heard her say “this ain’t Applebees we don’t have servers come and get your food” like how rude can you be."

"I'm giving 3 stars because it's usually delicious but the cashiers are rude most of the time. My husband and I came through the drive thru and the cashier asked my husband if he was using the mobile app. He said yes and he told him to go ahead with his order. He started to say "I need a moment please" before she cut him off by yelling "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER SIR" he said "give me a minute" and she went silent. After he ordered she whispered "pull around". When we got to the first window the cashier yelled "Hi Kat!!" Which gave me a heart attack. Apparently she was reading the name on my mcdonald rewards account, i dont know if they're told to do that but i personally find it very weird and I don't like it. After we paid and got our food we pulled around to eat and I realized I forgot to tell my husband to order me a fry and drink so we pulled back around. He ordered me a fry and drink and went we got to the first window the cashier said "you guys are back???" And side eyed us before shoving the recipt in my husband's had and shutting the window. Once we got all our food we started eating and the fries were stale I could tell they'd been double dipped and the oil tasted old. My mcdoubles are usually super juicey and delicious but yesterday they were dry, hard and cold. Since its usually good I just assumed it was a bad day and I didn't want to go back through the drive thru or inside to get a remake because the inside was packed and the drive thru was pretty long. I hope the next time is better."

"They’re rude. They only fill a ice cream half way up and say it’s full. Not even to the line of the cup with that giant dome of a lid on top, all empty. They say it’s full because they make it stretched out up top and claim it’s over the top. I should have taken a picture. They’re jerks. And a joke. Nothing but excuses, lies, and idgaf attitude. Clowns."

"This place is such a disappointment. Granted, I do understand it's McDonald's and that in its self doesn't mean it's some high end restaurant. However, it does usually have some level of consistency associated with the big chain store. I don't frequent this location very often but today was the day I wanted a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. Keep in mind I never received my food. So I can't give a review on the quality. I can, however, tell you the atmosphere is not the greatest and the workers can use a refresher course in how to handle things. My order total was $3.70 I gave them a $5 dollar bill. They refused the money because the money had a small portion of it missing and I mean SMALL. Probably 1/10th . After sitting in a slow moving line all to get to the window for them to tell me they couldn't accept it. I told them you have to be kidding? Nope. I was absolutely outraged to the point where I just drove off because I didn't want to say anything out of frustration. So here is my review. I drove off so quickly I left the employee with the $5. I'm sure it will spend anywhere else in the United States. So enjoy your tip, if you will."

"It's always disappointing after a hard day's work, you carry your family to eat, spend your hard earned money, only to have the drive person gathering our food together, not speak a single word, not even do y'all need sauce for the chicken nuggets? Silence, not to mention after being asked what kind of sauce we needed when we placed the order, at the pickup window we had to ask for sweet and sour sauce, and there was still silence as he grabbed us some dipping sauce and handed it to us, then then turned around and stared into space. Now days a family going out to eat anywhere even fast food will be almost $40! A little more character, manners, and courteousness would solve so many problems! This was the first time I had eaten anything from them in almost 4 years, from a terrible experience in the past! I'll carry my family elsewhere from now on, the food is barely mediocre anyway!"
