"DO NOT BUY THEIR BLUE LABEL GLOCKS. Gary's is price gouging military and law enforcement on the Glock blue labels. They sell them for $40-60 more than any other Blue label dealer because they know they have a captive audience with the military base, and new members of the military who do not know any better. I recommend you do business with someone else for all purchases, but definitely don't feed their greed and buy a blue label from them until they change their practices."

"First of all the lady (Gina) at the pawn shop was EXTREMELY RUDE and would talk over me! We were given a quote and when said product was delivered we were told not only would we have to pay an extra delivery fee of $450 but that it was going to cost another $75 just to bolt the thing down! NEVER were we at any point and time told about any extra fees. We were given a quote which should have covered everything. Once we called to find out what was going on, GINA told us that she was not only going to charge us extra but was going to tell her driver NOT to come back and bolt it down regardless! Who does that??! I would NOT this place due to just the nature and bad attitude of this woman. Very unprofessional."

"I have purchased dozens of items from Gary's since I came to Columbus in 1991. They always have a large inventory of shotguns, rifles and hand guns. Not to mention optics, ammo, guns safes plus cleaning and reloading supplies. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There are times when it takes a while to get waited on and for good reason. When there are customers 3 deep in front of everyone working the counter and many more customers looking at merchandise to purchase in the store it is, in my opinion, to be expected. It takes time to fill out paper work, run background checks, mount scopes, etc. Given the level of outstanding service I've had through the years I don't mind hanging out a bit and waiting for my turn. I appreciate what ya'll do. Thank you."
