Needless to say, two days later, no call. I retrieved my info, went to a local family run tax service and was done and filed the day for half the price."

"if I could give this place a negative, I would. for the past 6yrs I've gone to H & R with simple, 1 W2 taxes. every yr they have charged me $400 to do them. anyone I've ever spoke to on it has been in complete shock with how much I pay for my taxes. I'm unsure why & would like a reasonable answer. not only that but Patricia on 20th Street has an attitude like no other. anytime I've ever called up there she's interrupted me as I'm trying to explain my situation, hung up on me numerous times & when I went in to get my tax info as I WILL be going to someone different, she's outside smoking a cigarette giving off dirty looks. it's unbelievable how disrespectful this company is towards me. I will never ever do business with them again."

"Had an appointment for 7p.m on the 10th. My wife, newborn and I went there and they told us our appointment was canceled so we rescheduled for the 13th at 730p.m. I called to confirm at 430 on the 13th and they confirmed our appointment was a go for my wife and i. We got there at 725 and they said we weren't on the list and had no appointment, so that was twice we had our newborn (1 week old) out in this weather and were turned away. I'll be taking my money to a place that can make an appoinment correctly."
