"1st time trying to order in the app. Worked well. Got my order right when I walked in the door and it was correct and we'll made. All good!"
"I ordered a no.2 (Outlaw), and the employee began putting white american cheese on it instead of the pepper jack. I caught it and she was able to easily fix it. It was only her second day, so she gets a pass, right? However, as I was walking out, and this was at 11:30 a.m., the garbage can near the door was not clean. Also, one of the veteran employees should have washed her hands while taking out the freshly baked bread. She was wearing oven mitts, and stopped to do something in the back before returning to the front. Before she put the mitts back on, she scratched her ear and just wiped it on her pants. She didn't touch the bread with her bare hands. I just thought it looked bad to resume changing the bread around without washing her hands."
