"Order is always messed up, we actually left because they upcharged me for a breast and that's fine till after i paid they told me they didn't have any breast and asked if a thigh would be ok. I said No , I paid for a breast. She said no you paid for white meat how about a wing. I git my money back and left. They are frequently out of items like iced coffees, breast, potatoes, etc Several times the gravy was a clumpy chalky brown substance, we've had food under cooked and over cooked other times, I give up at the Iuka location. As of now the new Burnsville location is great"

"I was informed tonight by a Manager at this location in Red Bay that my milkshake was drinkable liquid form bc I had a the lemonade flavor. I had 1 just last week and it was normal, so was the milkshake my husband ordered tonight was fine. But she refused to fix it and absolutely declined my request to then remake it. . I paid 4$ for a cup of lemon milk! And the burger was drenched with a ton of big chunks of onions! And in addition, they only had ranch for chicken tenders!!. Do yourselves a favor and drive past this drive thru. Worst customer service especially from a Manger I've ever had. I'll be completing the survey on the receipt too and hopefully her superiors will be alerted to this alarming behavior. You should've just fixed it for me lady! I wasn't too much to ask really!"

"Their breakfast was awful, they put enough mayo on a breakfast sandwich to make a big bowl of potato salad! The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this a.m. I already feel sick to my tummy!"

"We tried the double cheeseburger, grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries.. There wasn't anything special about them. What we woukd recommend are the shakes. They are made with real ice cream and are delicious. I loved the moose tracks shake. If a Jack's pops up on Maps I would definitely stop by for another shake."
