"*I will consider revising my review if/when manager fulfills promise to investigate and follow up. Filed my 2021 taxes March 2022. To this day I am still waiting on my refund due to tax "expert's" numerous errors triggering an identity flag that took the help of a congressman to resolve. I reached out to H&R Block several times for assistance over this period and was met with apathy each time, one even going as far as to tell me to "pay extra to Turbo Tax". They had no problem collecting my fees in a timely manner, including their "Peace of Mind" package which has proven to be anything but. They don't answer the phone, don't respond voicemails - you'll need to go into the office to be shrugged off."

"Do not go here. I have used H&R Block before so I thought I would use them again, but they sent me my return to review and sign but on part of my return it said I owed over $400 back to the state so I asked them to look into it, they ignored me, so I asked again and they said they would look into it and it turns out we did not owe that $400. They didn't apologize or give us a discount or anything. I can only hope they did it right the second time around and I got all the money back I was suppose to. I would just go somewhere else."

"Price is toooooooo high my whole state check went to the service of 403$ I could had done it myself for $75. Lesson learn. I would only go for a second look or an amendment. It be very helpful if we knew what the price was before starting the process versus she wouldn't know until she files it."
