"H&R Block does not have your back! Just found out Friday they never submitted my state return. I was finally able to get a hold of someone to speak to and was told they would call me back. Never happened was able to resolve it by directly contacting the state and sending them my information. Thanks HR Block for wasting my time and not taking the time to respond. Been going to this office for over 10 yrs every year gets worse and more unprofessional!"

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They totally messed up my non-profit's taxes. The IRS sent the return back 3 times because it wasn't done correctly over the course of 2 years. Then when the IRS finally accepted the return, there was a $7,600 penalty levied because the IRS said the return was 2 years late. We appealed several times but were denied and I ended up paying the $7,600. I then had the H & R office file a complaint to the company so that I could be reimbursed since it was totally H & R Block's fault. Six months later I found out that H & R Block denied my complaint and refused to pay for the penalty. No explanation, no recourse. So much for their promise to pay for their mistakes."
