""Its been 12+ years since I sold my 05 Road King and I was very apprehensive about my ability to mount a motorcycle with all my physical ailments. Well Doc picked up on that and he demonstrated how sturdy the foot pads were and how to easily mount the bike. He very patiently showed me all the controls on the bike. My Road King did not have Heated grips, GPS, Radio etc. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable before he gave me a helmet and I rode around the parking lot a couple of times. Doc took me on a nice short ride covering curves, a traffic circle, stops, straightaways etc. Quite fun actually! After that we got down to business and we came to a monetary agreement. The ball began rolling faster and faster now. Next thing I know Mario is there and we go back to his office to sign all the agreements. Mario was super nice, efficient and professional with us answering any and all questions I or my wife had. I left Marios office and rang the bell! Yay! Again, Doc, Dan, Mario and all the guys/girls in their various departments were so nice to me and professional at the same time. I told my wife I was so impressed with how Doc took care of me and assured me I was doing okay. Thank you for putting together such a team as these guys. ""

"The staff from owner down to the newest person care about the motorcycle community, the new rider and the brand. The owner and staff take great care of a nice building and it is in immaculate shape. Clean as a whistle and an exceptional place to see and make your first purchase. I spoke with Doc through text as well as by phone for about 2 weeks before pulling the trigger. "11/7/23 I walked into Wolverine HD not knowing Id be departing with a new Street Glide. Id viewed the bike online weeks before. To my amazement it was still available. It might have been the easiest sale ever made. The entire staff was kind and courteous. It made the process enjoyable. Im looking forward to the next 5 years of having them service my new HD. I cant wait to twist the wick. ""

"Great place to buy a bike. My salesman was great he spent time with me and showed me what they had. I even met the owner. We just couldn't find what I was looking for, I think next year I'll spend the money on a new bike. The only negative is those mid manager they just want to sell bikes and disrupt the relationship between you and the salesman. I knew I could get a better rate through my credit union, but they alway say, "We have a relationship with your bank and get get you a better deal." When it comes back, they are always higher and will give you an excuse becauseof that. Next time, I'll get an out the door price and call my credit union for a check. They will just have to wait for processing."
