ACR Mechanical

"Contacted ACR about two weeks ago for some repairs at my buisness. Had two pieces of equipent not working propperly. The first was what looks to be a bad compressor and was recomended to replace the entire unit because it was old. Stated they would repair it but gave an expensive quote for the work and was asured I would have problems with it down the road? The other issue was a refrigeration line that runs a couple of coolers was actually to cold. Did some work on it and it lasted 3 days before it stopped working all together. Contacted them about it and was told they didn't even do any work to it, asked why i paid $185.00 dollars for a repair? They did come out first thing the next day to take a look at the unit. I was told again that the unit was old and needed to be replaced. It seems like ACR is not willing or capable of doing repairs and that they are more interested in coming out to diagnoss things and recommend replacements. My regular came out (he just had shoulder surgery) thats why I contacted someone else. Its up and running for a $12.00 dollar part and labor of $120.00. Maybe this was just a fluke but wanted to give a heads up to others."
