"Highly recommend Paradigm Plumbing! Specifically Kevin, Steven and Andrew. Kevin came up with a plan to install a whole house water filter for us that three other plumbing companies failed to think of. He also went over and above to chat with me about other things going on in our house. Steven and Andrew did the work to install our filter and did an awesome job. The work involved going through walls of different rooms and the final product was very well done. They also went above and beyond to share some knowledge and recommend a product for our sump pump. All in all, they were thoughtful, hard workers and a pleasure to have around!"

"I loved every aspect of working with Paradigm. Ashley was wonderful - working to fit my needs/schedule and were immediately responsive, offering assistance in helping me to pick replacement pieces if I wanted. I received an appointment quickly - which is so important. Other plumbers that I had talked to said it would be weeks for an appointment. I received a text with Scott's picture, informing me he was on his way. (Very reassuring that safety is a consideration.) Scott and Andrew were FANTASTIC! Fast, efficient, they did a great job replacing my water tank and fixing some other minor issues and cleaned up - you wouldn't have known that they were there! They were super easy to have in the house, instead of that awkward feeling of someone you don't know. They were both personable, friendly, but utterly professional and brought everything that they needed, without having to "make a run to get a part" and dragging the whole thing out.
