"I was referred to them via a friend and unfortunately had a horrible experience. My initial appointment was cancelled due to their team dealing with a "frozen pipe". Two hours lost. Rescheduled for the next Monday - no show no call, another two hours lost. I called later that afternoon, a lady said that the team was still dealing with a "frozen pipe" and would contact someone and call me right back. No return call that day and since that day. Great referral."

"What a scam of a place. Royal oak city sewer insurance for pipe repair and they won’t come grade the yard. I’ve had a mound of dirt for almost a year now. Keep saying they are on it but nothing happens. City needs a new contract. Edit 1: company has already been paid for service, but won’t complete service. I stand by what I said, scam of a company. Should lose city contract."

"We had our hardware charged in our shower which was no problem the plumber did great! We also had an issue of low water pressure. He was there from approx 9am-6pm. The low water pressure was not remedied. We called to see if someone could come fix it but 2 weeks later we still haven't heard back. We're going with a different plumber."
