"The reviews say the work is good, but I couldn’t get through to them. Call was answered by a woman who immediately said, “we don’t do plumbing!” I said, ok maybe I’m wording it incorrectly, we are on a septic tank and having an issue. She quickly said, “we can’t do anything until Monday.” Never mind. May need to get someone else answering the phone!"

Rates were far more competitive than competitor operations I’ve used and called upon for this year (Dec 2018). Would use them again. I wasn’t sure about size of my septic tank when scheduling the appointment so I overestimated and the Lowered the price once they realized my error and charged me for the correct size tank service. I thought that was truly honest as I could have been taken for additional $30 without knowing."
