"Couldn't be more pleased. I first brought my 30-year old Baume & Mercier watch to Lalonde Jewelers in Grosse Pointe for a new battery which they fixed. When they were setting it to the proper time, the crown dislodged from the body of their watch. They sent it off to their repair shop and gave me an estimate of $700 to fix it, but said they felt badly and would only charge me their cost, namely $500. I chose not to do so and found John and Shelby Clock and Watch Repair doing a Google search. I knew I was taking a risk driving 40 minutes each way, but boy am I glad I did. I didn't mention the initial estimate and just gave the watch to John for his input. He said all that was needed was reinserting the crown, which he did instantly, and he charged me $10!! Happy customer for life!"

"They messed up my grandfather clock so bad I’m ashamed to show it to anyone, but if you want to see I can send you!!! First they used white putty. Told them I didn’t like. They weren’t happy. Than they used staples to hold inside rubber in. You can even see staples looking at face of clock. Again if anyone wants pictures or videos. I can send you. They don’t deserve any stars!"
