"Contacted Accent Window Repair to come to my house and repair 4 Pella crank out windows. John Cipriano, the owner of Accent Window came out, checked out the four windows (Pella no longer makes these windows nor supports them) John determined what was wrong, made a few adjustments, WD40'd and they work like new. John had to have been at my house for 40-45 min. and refused payment of any kind."

"I needed a window replaced and I got the estimate right the way. It took forever to order the glass and I had to make several calls to check on the status of the order because nobody knew when the glass was going to arrive. When I threatened to cancel the order, miraculously the glass arrived within the same day. Brandon did a good job installing the new window but I payed him cash with the promise that the receipt was going to be emailed to me, which it hasn't happened.The office charged my credit card also because they were not aware of the cash payment untill I called them!! Not a good experience at all! 3/5 is a generous review."

"Why Buy New Windows When You Can Fix The Ones You Have? Accent window repair is the best, this was my second time using them. Every single person I dealt with was kind. My front window was out of whack and the wind would blow the curtains. I thought I would need it replaced. John, the owner, said they could repair it and save me thousands of dollars. I also needed all my windows re-caulked on the outside, a few locks replaced, the door sweep on my screen door replaced, and the glass in a window replaced where the seal had broken. The estimate for all the work was done for less than half of replacing the front window would cost. The guys, Brendan and Tyler, were awesome. They were very respectful and did great work. Becky in the office is the best. She is very personable and works with you on scheduling and any other questions you may have. I even forgot something that needed to be fixed and John came back out to give me another estimate. He was always on time. I would hire this company again."
